- Completion of required exit interview or feedback form

Decision & Processing
Once approved, we initiate the refund process. You'll receive confirmation via email with expected processing timeframes based on your payment method.
Completion
Refunds appear in your account according to your payment provider's schedule. We provide tracking information so you know exactly when to expect your refund.

Processing times vary depending on your original payment method. Here's what you can expect:

3-5 business days after processing
Bank Transfer

Program-Specific Refund Terms
Different educational programs have varying refund structures based on their format and resource allocation:
Live Cohort Programs: Full refunds available up to 14 days after enrollment or 48 hours after the first session, whichever comes first. Partial refunds calculated based on completed sessions.
Self-Paced Courses: Full refunds within 14 days if less than 25% of content has been accessed. Partial refunds may be available within 30 days based on content completion percentage.
Workshop Series: Refunds available up to 7 days before the first scheduled session. No refunds once the series begins, but transfers to future sessions may be possible.
One-on-One Coaching: Individual sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. Refunds for unused sessions available with 14-day notice period.
Certification Programs: Refunds calculated on a prorated basis minus certification processing fees. Materials and resources accessed are factored into refund calculations.
